FREE METRO, BUS AND TRAM!

While attending the 2013 European Seafood Exposition & Seafood Processing Europe, you can travel to/from BRUSSELS EXPO [Heysel] on 23-25 April free of charge using the Bus, Tram or Metro.

Each registered participant will receive an email from European Seafood Exposition & Seafood Processing Europe with a personalized link to their complimentary Voucher Number. Please print your Voucher Number and take it to the nearest Metro, Bus or Tram station to receive your complimentary EVENT PASS to the Brussels Expo [Heysel] valid for 23-25, April 2013.

How to use the EVENT PASS:

  1. Register at one of our 375 GO automatic vending machines in all Brussels subway stations and at many street-level stops
  2. Select 'EVENT PASS' on the screen
  3. Enter your 9 digit Voucher Number
  4. You will receive your 'EVENT PASS'

Your EVENT PASS is valid for travel to/from BRUSSELS EXPO on 23-25 April.

Voucher Numbers may also be obtained at the Transportation Desk in the VISITBRUSSELS Hub located in the Auditorium 2000 Foyer (near Hall 10) during the following hours:

Monday 22 April: 8:30 – 17:00
Tuesday 23 April: 8.00 – 20:00 
Wednesday 24 April: 8:00 – 20:00
Thursday 25 April: 8:00 – 15:00

SHARED TAXI VOUCHERS

Shared taxi vouchers will be available at the VISITBRUSSELS trailer on the parking area near Auditorium 2000.

How to use your shared taxi vouchers?
- Minimum 3 persons per taxi
- Valid: from 2 pm till 7 pm
- Price: 10 € each (taxes included)

From the trade fair (Brussels Expo) to the following main districts within Brussels:

Blue zone :
- Grand’Place
- RogieR

Red zone :
- Louise
- Midi (South) station

Airport
- Price: 15 € each (taxes included)

Arriving from Brussels Airport
1. You can come with the train (see accessibility map) or choose to use exclusively STIB services. If you choose for the train, you will have to buy a train ticket at the airport. When arriving at Bruxelles Central, you will have to take your “EVENT PASS” at one of the STIB vending machines located into the metro station

2. If you choose for STIB, get your “EVENT PASS” at one of the STIB vending machine located at the exit of the airport terminal

3. Follow the directions to our busses 12 / 21 and take one of these. Leave the bus at Schuman stop.

4. Use metro lines 1 or 5 and leave at Beekant, then take metro line 6 direction Roi Baudouin/ Koning Boudewijn and leave at Heysel/Heizel

Arriving from Brussel Midi train station
1. Get your “EVENT PASS” at one of the STIB vending machine located in the metro station “gare du midi”

2. Take metro line 6 direction Roi Baudouin/ Koning Boudewijn and leave at Heysel/Heizel
